Clubs post a role with structured fields instead of a wall of text, so every listing is easy to compare. Coaches keep one profile that carries their certifications, levels coached, languages and playing background, and switch on Open To Work when they want clubs to find them.

Apply, reply, and line up an interview without leaving the site. No agents and no middlemen: the hiring decision stays between the coach and the club.

Every conversation happens inside Opinna, so nobody has to hand over a personal phone number or email just to get a reply.
