• Be cautious with personal data. Share sensitive info (DOB, IDs, immigration docs, SSN) only after you've verified the employer and have a clear offer process.
• Verify the organization. Check the club/academy website, social profiles, and public presence. If something feels off, trust that instinct.
• If a club contacts you through Open To Work or a listing you posted, the same rules apply: confirm who they are before sharing personal details.
• Watch for red flags: vague job details, unrealistic pay, pressure to move fast, requests to chat on random apps immediately, or "too good to be true" offers.

• Review profiles carefully. Look for consistency (experience, location, certifications) and request references when needed.
• Do not request sensitive personal data in early messages. Keep initial screening professional and job-related.
• Use a clear process: confirm role requirements, schedule a call, and document next steps.

• Keep conversations professional and on-topic.
• Do not share payment links or request money through chat.

If you see spam, harassment, scams, or inappropriate content:

• Block the user to stop further messages.

• Upfront payments: requests to pay for "application", "training", or "background check" before a formal offer.
• Off-platform pressure: urging you to move the conversation to WhatsApp/Telegram immediately or share sensitive documents right away.
• Vague + urgent offers: unusually high pay with unclear duties, missing details, and "hire today" urgency.
