By accessing or using Opinna, operated by Be Pro Tennis INC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Your continued use of Opinna constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Opinna. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Prohibited Conduct

Job Postings

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their job postings on Opinna, operated by Be Pro Tennis INC. All postings must represent genuine employment opportunities. Opinna reserves the right to remove any posting that violates these terms or is reported as fraudulent.

Our Role as a Platform

Opinna is a neutral venue that helps candidates and employers in the tennis industry find and contact each other. Be Pro Tennis INC is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, or a party to any employment relationship, interview, offer, or hiring decision made through the platform.

We do not verify the identity, qualifications, licensing, or background of any user, employer, or job posting unless we expressly state otherwise. Any agreement you reach with another user is solely between you and that user. You are responsible for your own decisions, including any hiring, employment, payment, travel, or in-person meeting, and for taking reasonable precautions when interacting with others.

Messaging

The messaging feature is provided for professional communication between candidates and employers.

Opinna reserves the right to monitor messages for safety and may suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

User Content and Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software on the Opinna platform are the intellectual property of Be Pro Tennis INC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including your profile, resume, job postings, messages, photos, and logos. By submitting content, you grant Be Pro Tennis INC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share that content only as needed to operate Opinna and provide the service to you and to the users you choose to interact with. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.

If you believe content on Opinna infringes your copyright, contact us at support@opinna.com with a description of the work and where it appears on the platform. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Opinna, operated by Be Pro Tennis INC, is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job postings or user profiles, and we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Pro Tennis INC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to hiring decisions, employment outcomes, lost opportunities, or interactions with other users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Be Pro Tennis INC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms, of any law, or of the rights of a third party.

Termination

Opinna, operated by Be Pro Tennis INC, reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Opinna shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of Opinna after that means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Be Pro Tennis INC regarding your use of Opinna.
