About the role

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Assistant Tennis Coach to support private and group tennis lessons for players of different levels. This position is ideal for someone who loves tennis, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop coaching experience. Responsibilities • Assist the head coach during private and group tennis lessons • Help organize drills and training exercises • Feed balls and support technical demonstrations • Maintain a positive and motivating training environment • Assist beginner and intermediate players with basic technique • Help set up and collect training equipment • Ensure safety and professionalism on the court

What we're looking for

• Solid tennis playing experience (competitive background preferred)
• Basic understanding of tennis technique and drills
• Friendly, energetic, and reliable personality
• Ability to communicate clearly with players of different levels
• Punctual and professional attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Preferred (but not required)
• Previous coaching or teaching experience
• Former competitive or collegiate tennis experience
• USPTA / PTR certification (or willingness to obtain)
