Full-Time Tennis Coach

About the role

Korolev Tennis Academy is hiring a Full-Time Tennis Coach to join our growing high-performance coaching team. You will work directly alongside former ATP professional Evgeny Korolev, helping develop competitive junior players and supporting our expanding programs. Responsibilities: - Lead group clinics and private lessons for junior and adult players - Assist in designing and executing high-performance training programs - Focus on stroke technique, tactical development, physical conditioning, and mental toughness - Support players in USTA tournament preparation and on-site coaching - Track player progress and provide regular feedback to players and parents - Help with academy events, camps, and community outreach - Maintain a professional, positive, and high-energy environment on court

What we're looking for

• Coaching experience with competitive players (junior focus preferred)
• Strong tennis knowledge and passion for high-performance player development
• USPTA or PTR certification preferred
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Professional, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Motivated, reliable, and committed to excellence on and off the court
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
