About the role
We are looking for coaches with ATP / WTA professional playing background to take charge of our high‑performance squad: 1. Deliver one‑on‑one private coaching & small‑group training for competitive juniors and advanced adult players; 2. Design weekly training plans, arrange match simulations and guide students for domestic & international tournaments (ITF, provincial & national events); 3. Collaborate with local coaches to optimize our academy’s high‑performance training system; 4. Occasional tennis camps, clinics and coaching workshops.

About the employer
Qile Tennis is one of the top‑tier tennis academies in Changsha. We currently operate 4 branches across the city, with 13 hard courts (Australian Open‑style surface) plus 2 European‑imported clay courts. M All courts are equipped with rain shelters so training can proceed regardless of bad weather. We run comprehensive training programs covering junior talent development (U8‑U18 competitive squad), ITF & provincial tournament preparation, high‑school tennis recruitment training, as well as adult recreational & performance lessons. Our existing coaching group includes former ATP‑ranked professional players and experienced international coaches. Many of our junior students compete in provincial‑level tournaments and ITF junior events. We aim to bring European‑style professional tennis training systems to young Chinese talents.
