Eagle Watch Tennis Academy is currently looking for former college tennis players who are passionate about coaching and want to grow within a high-level, structured program. This is not just a coaching position—this is an opportunity to build a career in tennis while working with a strong junior pathway and an active adult community. What You’ll Do: • Lead junior development groups (ages 4–16) • Coach academy and competitive players • Run adult clinics and team practices • Be part of a dynamic, growing program What Makes This Opportunity Different: • Immediate on-court hours + private lesson opportunities • Ability to build your own book of lessons quickly • Work in a structured academy with 500+ active players • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role • Supportive environment with clear program systems We’re Looking For: • Former college tennis players (or high-level competitive background) • Energetic and great with kids • Strong communication and positive attitude • Desire to grow professionally in coaching

What we're looking for

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• RSPA, PTR, or USTA certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Proven experience coaching junior players across all levels (Red Ball through High Performance)
• Experience working with adult players (clinics, drills, and team practices)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with players and families
• Professional, reliable, and positive attitude on and off the court
