The Role We are looking for a versatile coach to balance two key areas: Junior Program Excellence: Lead and assist in our junior clinics, focusing on technical development, footwork, and making the game fun for all ages and skill levels. Private Lesson Growth: Take ownership of building and maintaining a private lesson clientele. This is where your earning potential truly shines. Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays (Afternoons)
What we're looking for
- Certification: Must be a certified coach (USTA COACHING, USPTA or PTR).
- Experience: Proven track record in coaching juniors and adults.
- SafePlay: Must be USTA SafePlay approved and committed to a safe, professional environment.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You don’t just "show up"—you aspire to create, market, and grow your own clientele within our academy.
